(2) Application in decorative manufacturing


1. Production of metal signs


In the past, the production of some signs was mainly made of non-metallic materials such as wood boards, slate or cement boards, and characters and patterns were printed on the boards. With the development of technology and the increase of plastic products, stainless steel signs have gradually become popular. With the development of metal manufacturing, more and more units use metal plates to make signs. The metal plate sign shows the text or pattern by etching, which can be made into a convex shape or a concave shape. It has a certain three-dimensional feeling, and has a metallic luster setting, which is magnificent and solemn. The surface of the metal sign can also be colored to further enhance the decorative effect.

2. Production of metal mold decorative lines


With the vigorous development of various industries, the application of plastic products is more and more extensive, and the types are also increasing. Decorative patterns are produced on the molds for producing plastics, and the corresponding pattern patterns can be obtained on the surface of the plastic products, thereby increasing the variety of colors and ornamentals of the products. For example, the surface of the car dashboard and the rear cover of the motorcycle are made of decorative patterns, which are not only beautiful and beautiful, but also can make the plastic surface extinction. Similarly, in order to improve the decorative effect of the surface of the injection molded article and cover the surface defects of the mold cavity, it is necessary to perform pattern processing on the surface of the mold cavity. The processing process is to first make a protective film with a pattern on the surface of the cavity, and then complete the process of corrosion forming in the etching solution. The protective film (mask) is usually produced by a photosensitive method and a transfer method, and the photosensitive method is photographing, developing and then etching. The transfer method is to transfer the pattern to the inner surface of the desired cavity by screen printing, and then obtain the etched pattern by baking and etching.

3. Production of metal plate pattern decoration


The decorative metal types are mainly steel, stainless steel, copper and copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys. The varieties are doors and windows with decorative patterns, furniture, ceilings, closet doors and decorative wall panels. At present, most of the domestically produced pattern decorative plates are made of etching steel, which is relatively expensive, and is also made of other thin metal shims such as copper, aluminum and other alloys. The price is also relatively expensive, and high-quality ordinary steel plates can also be used to produce high quality. The pattern is decorated with a decorative sheet, but it needs to be plated or sprayed to receive a good decorative effect.
